It was noted by the committee that a new Franking Machine had been purchased with the approval of the Town Council Leader and the Chairman of Policy and Resources prior to the meeting.

RESOLVED: It was agreed that the Purchase of a Replacement Photocopier be deferred until the next meeting to enable further quotes to be obtained which were to include running, service and warranty costs of any future machine.
