SHARES on Wall Street fell sharply again last night after Opec, the oil producing cartel, spooked the market with an unexpected 3.5 per cent cut in oil production. The Dow Jones industrial average tumbled 150.53 points to 9,425.51 as traders fretted that higher energy costs could stall the economic recovery.
